I had the pleasure of reporting directly to Sarah Beeskow Blay at ShareASale. Sarah is an ideal leader because she is incredibly knowledgeable and fierce while being truly empathetic towards each employee. I've never met anyone like Sarah. Her positivity is contagious and she handles a million tasks with a smile on her face. I loved working with Sarah because she was so approachable and made me feel comfortable with every project assigned to me. As mentioned earlier, Sarah is an unbelievable leader and it was such an honor to work for someone like her.
